Cassiopeia Coffee Windsor is a welcoming café that suits anyone who appreciates well-crafted specialty coffee with a relaxed, approachable vibe. Situated on George Street in Windsor, it offers a solid spot to pause on a morning stroll or grab a quality takeaway before heading out on day trips toward the Blue Mountains.

The coffee here clearly takes center stage. With a menu featuring single origin espresso, filtered brews, and cold options like nitro coffee and Katoomba Fog, it caters to both the curious coffee enthusiast and those after a dependable daily pick-me-up. Visitors often highlight the clean, precise flavors—whether in a long black or filter brew—making it a reliable stop for locals keen on consistency and something a little different from your run-of-the-mill café.

There’s a modest but thoughtfully chosen selection of light bites including avo toast and banana bread, which fit naturally within the café’s no-fuss yet quality-driven approach. The avo toast, in particular, gets noted for a subtle seasoning of salt and lime that adds an unexpected, fresh twist.

The atmosphere feels both calm and welcoming, with friendly staff who keep things running smoothly without pretense. It’s not the kind of place that rushes its guests, making it a nice spot to linger over coffee or fuel up before a busy day exploring the surrounding region.

Morning and early afternoon visits see a steady flow of locals—commuters, remote workers, and coffee lovers—who appreciate consistency and know they can count on the team here for a solid brew. For those driving towards the Blue Mountains, Cassiopeia Coffee Windsor provides an accessible and reliable alternative to its sister location in Katoomba, meaning loyal fans can enjoy their favorite roasts closer to town.

All in all, Cassiopeia Coffee Windsor fits neatly into the local coffee scene as a friendly, straightforward café that balances specialty coffee craft with a down-to-earth experience. It works well for those who want a serious coffee without fuss, complemented by a handful of simple, thoughtful snacks.

Cassiopeia Coffee is a charming little coffee shop that not only serves delightful coffees but also sells beans. During our visit, we tried their filtered coffee and nitro brew, both of which were exceptional.

Every Cassiopeia is a little slice of perfection with 10/10 people, coffee and atmosphere. Since also starting the bakery side they are absolutely perfect and will always go out of my way to support these guys :)

I love that I can grab an amazing coffee on the way to the Blue Mountains from the same Cassiopeia team that I love up in Katoomba. We grabbed take aways for the journey up the mountain, and mine was a glorious Kenyan Single Origin long black. Super clean, lovely acidity and sweetness, blackcurrant yuminess. Thanks guys!

Nice little speciality coffee store. Great coffee and simple food. Tried the avocado toast and was surprisingly sophisticated with salt and lime together that worked really well!

Just tried their coffee so can’t say anything about their food. Look like they’ve got pastries but not a wide selection of menu. Good beans good service and coffee served at proper temp

Great coffee with great vibes. This is our go-to coffee house in Windsor. Bewa knows how to brew an elixir fit for the old gods. Snacks are easy and low-key. Avo toast, raisin bread, all convenient and all satisfying. The prices are reasonable. The product is quality. The company is wholesome. Highly recommend.
